My brother in law always has a photo of some mayonaise in a sink for sink-o de mayo. My daughter has her doggies dressed up for May the Fourth be With You. I'm pretty sure this is not a joke in some parts but since we have some Mexican in us I think it is OK.
We stopped at the Stone and Stem and had a late lunch. I found a couple of items to sketch for the Scavenger Hunt from Life.

Number 6 condiments on a table at a diner or restaurant
Number 7 table
We had a nice lunch. We thought of going out again today but we stayed in and I fixed some spaghetti.
Take care....

You've got bonus tables in this one. Glad you got to go out!
Hi, Joan. Thanks. It was a good day yesterday and today.
Love it my friend.
Hi, R's Rue. Thanks so much.
Jo wonderful sketch. It is fun to get out and take in different spots. Loved the salt and pepper shakers you captured. Hope you have a delightful Mother's Day. Hugs!
Dear Debbie, thanks so much. It's fun to sketch in restaurants but sometimes the food is more interesting to eat! Excited for Mother's Day tomorrow!
I always forget about may the fourth be with you until the day is almost over
Jennifer Rose, I do that as well. Same on Pi Day. Fun when I remember.
I like the perspective in your sketch! We celebrated JT's 7th birthday, which was Cinco de Mayo. Since he is a big Star Wars fan, he loved saying, "May the 4th be with you."
Bag Blog, thanks. The restuarant is nice but is mainly burgers, sandwiches and pizza on panini bread. Spelling? JT may celebrate too much when he gets older!! David made a Star Wars chair for his grandson. I'll send you photos.
Wow! The chair that David made was amazing. That man has talent!
Bag Blog, thanks. He sculpted the vehicle under the seat from steel.
