Oops! Sketch

Oops!  I did not number the sketches wrong after all.  I sketched numbers 1 and 2 in the big sketchbook early in the day.  We got back from our outing  and I posted the sketches from the travel sketchbooks, completely forgetting the one in the big book.  Sigh...

For Scavenger Hunt from Life #2

Number 1, yellow - we have very little yellow around here.  I saw the prunes on the counter.  Yay!

Number 2, blue - I have lots of blue but have sketched those items so many times.  I don't think I have sketched Gene's iPhone stand, at least not in color.

These items are in the big book and done with Zig Milleneum 05 pens.  I have only red, yellow, blue, green and black, so the prunes are red, blue and black to look sort of purple.

Happy Sunday!

Jennifer Rose, I'm laughing. Prunes are not my favorite, but I'm not fond of most fruit so that doesn't meant much. The container had lots of yellow which I was Hunting. :-)

Toby loves prunes. I was thinking of how these sketches make you think every day of what to paint. Probably keeps you on your toes - sharpens the ol' brain. I need some sharpening.

Bag Blog, Gene likes the dry prunes. My mom used to boil them and I sort of like that. The Hunts have kept me sketching, no doubt. It is nice to have a list for that so not as much thinking but also makes me sketch things I never would like the prunes! Of course that was "yellow". You will think of something good now that the pressure is off for the Battle.
