This week is our March madness. It was granddaughter Christy's birthday on Thursday and son David's on Saturday. Niece Donna's on Thursday, too. My mom's would have been on Friday. She died almost 40 years ago. Doesn't seem possible. David says he always smells apples cooking on the stove when he thinks of her. She put in plenty of sugar and cinnamon.

We have been going to baseball as well, the Longhorns are doing well so far. The New Mexico Lobos play this weekend here in Austin. Gene's Alma mater so he will wear his Lobos stuff to the game. Fun! Hook 'em Horns! And Woof, Woof !

Also this was for plant on the last Scavenger Hunt. The cards were done with a Micron 02 on cream colored note cards, 5 x7 inches.
Number 4, crackers Number 5, nuts and Number 6 bottle (sub of the nut jar which is red glass) Also with the Micron 02 in the big book.
I've still been thinking about moving my blog to my FASO website. Good and bad results. More folks may see my blog, but it is putting all my eggs in one basket. Hmmm. I've kept my newsletter on MailChimp for the time being as well. See how it goes. I haven't done a newsletter for ages, hope to get to writing one at least once a month.

March is a big birthday month around here - including mine yesterday. We had planned on a big lunch with everyone after church on Sunday, but Toby started feeling poorly, so we cancelled. Monday I went to lunch with a couple of my friends, but that was about it for birthday parties. And it was fine. Enjoy your crew and the birthday parties.
Bag Blog, Hope you are feeling better. We are finally over our colds. Now just slow and forgetful which is blamed on age. :-) Happy Belated Birthday!
