I sketched yesterday and the day before with the Micron 03 and my large sketchbook. In my studio and out on the porch (which is always nicer.) These are quick and freehand as usual.
These are for Scavenger Hunt 410 which ends tomorrow. http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?p=20520690#post20520690
Number 7, inside - the inside of an art bag on the chair
Number 8, tiny - a small silver charm with green over the silver. It looks like glass??
Number 9, open - my coffee cup
Number 10, closed - coffee cup with silicone lid
Number 11, pair - Gene's shoes
Number 12, solo - one of my shoes
I need to work on my packing list for New Mexico. I will post it here, too.
I am an artist that paints in pastels, with some oils, and acrylics. I sketch in pen and ink. As an artist my original paintings are influenced from living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Bolivia, Peru and Chile, and travels throughout much of Canada and all our fifty States. This is my spot for posting paintings and sketches, to muse mostly about art, life and a little about UT Baseball.

Jo, I so enjoy browsing all your recent sketching! You capture the essence of each subject beautifully and are also creative and playful in your choices of subject for each challenge. Hope your travels are trouble-free and wonderful.
Fun sketches, Mom. Good luck with the packing list!
Mary, Hi there. Thank you so much. We are lucky that we are still able to do our traveling. It should be a nice summer. Thanks for checking in here!
Joanna, thank you, too. I don't have much time for that list, do I? Whew!
I love looking at your personal sketches
Polly, thank you so much. I guess Google+ brought us together, eh? I'm hoping some of your watercolor knowledge will rub off on me! Nice journals from your travels.
aww little turtle :)
more nice sketches :)
Jennifer Rose, my smile for the day. :)
Glad you found some time to take part in the hunt even though I know you have packing to do for your trip. See you in the next hunt if you are able to join in.
Thanks, Joan. I always plan on sketching, but you never know. I have missed only a couple of Hunts with no sketches and a few with only one or two. I have to do my homework!
