We can definitely tell it is summertime here! The Hunt list had "summer related" on it. We had a very nice morning in comparison to the last few so I was obligated to sketch on the porch, usual subjects.
Number 1, summer related - view on the porch. The geranium is looking very sad in the hot weather. The grass is still pretty green but we don't irrigate and no rain predicted in the near future so it will be getting brown. There are water restrictions on so anyone that does water or wash cars is limited to a couple of days a week and minimum usage.

Getting ready for a visit from our granddaughter and family. That will be exciting. We haven't had little kids stay over in a long, long time.
