More Sketching and Waiting

 You know I have many stuffed animals that Gene has given me over the years.  He sometimes buys the ugliest ones that no one will want.  Some are so ugly they are cute.  "Cute" was on the list so it called for one of the toys.  I have sketched them all and was looking around and saw Minnie hiding behind a dog, rabbit and llamacorn.  I'm sure she has been sketched before.

I sketched at my desk with a Pilot Ballpoint pen.  I like sketching with that brand and it usually does well, I did smear some today.  Maybe the humidity?

Katherine Tyrrell has a monthly challenge going for May that might interest you.  Katherine is my art encyclopedia person.  Her blog has years of advice and how to and sources of info.  Check it out even if you don't do the challenge.  She has a group on facebook but I don't go there.  The challenge is to sketch every day from a list (sounds similar to the Hunts) in the month of May.  A change from the Hunts is that you don't have to sketch from life.
