Soup is on .. on top the can. I sketched in the big book in the living room with my book on my footstool. I chose the Micron 02, fast and easy on the brain.

Number 1, soup
Number 2, can
Number 3, pepper
Number 4, sticky
You would think by now in my advanced age I would be more careful about perspective on the items like the pepper can. I guess I just get lazy and want to be done. The honey container is a little squished, maybe I had the air out of it.
One of these days I will do an under drawing in pencil and carefully draw with ink on top like I did in the old days. You think??
I doubt it.

I was thinking you had done a great job with the round perspective of the cans and bottle, but then the pepper was off. It is really not bad on its own. It just is not with the other objects. Just cut it out and paste it somewhere else :) I just love it that you sketch. I saw that an artist friend of mine is doing a Sketchy challenge of a face a day for January. I looked into it, but you had to pay to get the face challenges. I'm much to tight for that.
Bag Blog, cropping is a good solution, too bad it is in the big book! It is hard to sketch without prompts. If I do that I sketch landscapes or the easiest things. My problem is patience. I want it done “right now”. :-)
Sometimes when I'm doing sketches I have that feeling too that I just want it done...and then I get sloppy. lol
Joan, thanks. I haven't seen any sloppy sketches from you that I recall. Maybe you just don't post them, eh?? Ha.
