Spring of a Different Meaning

The list for the current Scavenger Hunt leaned toward useful items, tools and what they are made of.  One of the items was "spring".  Several artists drew the spring in a tool.  I was on the porch this morning looking out at the Dandelions and Indian Paintbrush in the yard and thought of that type of spring.  I've mentioned we have had beautiful weather.  Regretfully the rain around Texas and our area has missed us.  We need rain for our ponds/lakes.

Number 10, Spring - our back yard in this beautiful spring.

Will Rogers, my favorite Okie, said it well.

We have been getting rain and hail. Fortunately, here at the Lazy B the hail has not been too big. Duncan has been hit hard twice (kind of a pun on hail damage :)

Bag Blog, Rogers, Twain and Churchill have great quotes. The storms have missed us for the most part. We did get almost an inch and a half yesterday morning. Need more for the ponds.
We have had the house open in the mornings, soooo nice.
