I sketched on one page of the big coffee table book with the Micron 02 marker/fine line pen. Freehand as you can tell.
Here is a photo of the ceiling.
Number 5, fire alarm bell - substitute smoke alarm on the ceiling. The sketches are on one page and I put the curly lines between them so they would be separate sketches but it is confusing so I cropped them apart.
We have been walking around the neighborhood for some exercise and to get out. Here are a few of the beautiful wildflowers in bloom.
Spiderwort
Bluebonnets with a few Indian Paintbrushes mixed in.
More of the purple Spiderwort, I really like these purple flowers.
More of the blues and reds.
These two flowers together are so beautiful.
Spiderwort in a more magenta color.
And a few Wine Cups. Of course I like the color and name of these tiny flowers.
And here is a way to help with virus protection. Desert Door Texas Sotol is switching production to make sanitizer to donate to first responders, "old folks" and more. It costs them $1.50 to make a bottle to donate so this fund will help cover the cost. Thanks to Desert Door for helping us all out.

Good substitutions! Love the photos of the flowers...makes me smile.
Ah, thanks, Joan. The flowers aren't as plentiful this year, but I should get out and paint what I can. To bad you aren't here to paint them! :-)
Your sketches are really looking up - ha! It looks like a good year for wildflowers. Too bad I can't travel down to see the Hill Country.
Bag Blog, you are funny! The wildflowers in our area are very spotty. May be better in other areas. They mowed too soon last year I think and lost some seeds. Beautiful where you find them.
