Boxes and Bottles

A new Hunt with new items.  It is a challenge to find something new to put in the coffee table sketchbook.  I have sketched these bottles before but in a different way and location.  Of course these boxes are different  .... but the same as most of the boxes are from Amazon these days.

I sketch with pens in the big sketchbook mostly because the paper doesn't do well with water for watercolors.  I use ink and some coloring with colored pencils.  Not often, because coloring is boring to me in general.

For Scavenger Hunt 619  http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?p=21730028
These are in the big book with a Micron 02 pen.

Number 1, box - several that are sitting by the door waiting to be flattened and taken to the shed for the recycle bin.  We need to do that this week, we take the recycle stuff to Smithville.

Number 2, bottle - several and Number 3, basket.

The first bottle has a wooden wine glass holder on it with some glasses with a watermelon design, plastic.  The second has a Bolivian poncho with hat and the third is a clear glass bottle with a lid that is hinged with metal.  The basket is sort of large and doesn't sit down on top of the hutch.  It must be good for something, but what??

We rearranged some other paintings and hung up a couple when we did the paintings over the door in the dining room.  Nothing major.  I like this arrangement.  It is in the hallway to the guest room and you see it when you come out of the bathroom.  That means most people in my house see it.  Ha.

The paintings are mine, each is 12 x 12 inches framed to 16 x 16.  The iron hangings are original designs by my cousin, Pat Poer and are hand cut with a torch as opposed to cut with a laser.  They are rough and very cool.  He has made many big signs and decorations with his iron work.

My paintings are always for sale.  Gene says the ones he likes and decides to keep are the ones that sell.

My website is revamped with FASO.  Now I just need to get some new paintings on it.

I've hesitated to do this as I have control doing it with Dreamweaver (by Adobe) on my computer and can make any type web page that I want.  With FASO I use a template.  It should be easier to keep up, though, so I'm trying it for the year.

I'm thinking of moving my blog there as well.  We shall see if I do that.  I definitely have to leave this one active as I have 2,816 posts that I don't care to move one at a time.  :-)  What do you think?
