I found a sketch to double up on. The prompt for Inktober Day 5 is Build. I saw some great sketches on Instagram and wetcanvas. Fun to see all the different ideas. Clever artists.
Inktober Day 5, Build - a tool box with tools. Jennie built this for Gene when she was in 5th grade or so. It is painted blue. Gene has my stuff for framing and hanging pictures in it.

Then on Scavenger Hunt 605 http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1471767
one of the items was "comes in a box" so I used this to say the tools come in a box. So item #2 for the Hunt.
It is always good to sketch and have it fit in one of the spots for my day!
Our great grandson, Luke, celebrated his second birthday today in Kentucky. Cute photos and fun messages back and forth. We now have two grandchildren and four great grandsons. Time gets away from us, it flies as they say.
Joanna and Larry were here this afternoon for a good New Mexico chile dinner. A very nice day.
I am an artist that paints in pastels, with some oils, and acrylics. I sketch in pen and ink. As an artist my original paintings are influenced from living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Bolivia, Peru and Chile, and travels throughout much of Canada and all our fifty States. This is my spot for posting paintings and sketches, to muse mostly about art, life and a little about UT Baseball.

Clever artists. an oxymoron if ever I saw one. Did I spell it right?
