I sketched on the iPad with my feet on the footstool using the app, Brushes. I use as few "undos" as possible to keep a "sketch" look.

Number 1, something with wheels - Gene's walker that hangs in the garage as he doesn't need it yet. It is blue on the iPad, which it should be. Here on my iMac it looks purple. What do you see?
I twisted my knees yesterday. I fell when the footstool rolled out from under me when I was trying to sit on it. Dingy me. They are much better today after icing them, elevating them and walking with the walker. Sigh.... Baseball will only be listened to on the internet. At least the Horns won over UCLA last night, 5 - 4. They play today and tomorrow if the rain stops. They say some games up north of us are postponed for snow!! Hook 'em Horns!
I have been working on three new pastels for Art Connections. The April featured artist, Glenda Kronke, http://www.artconnectionsgallerybastrop.com/glenda-kronke.html, creates glass representing the feel of the coast. I'm doing two small seascapes and some seashells. As soon as we get some sun, I will post some photos.
Hey, I'm painting ... a little!
I am an artist that paints in pastels, with some oils, and acrylics. I sketch in pen and ink. As an artist my original paintings are influenced from living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Bolivia, Peru and Chile, and travels throughout much of Canada and all our fifty States. This is my spot for posting paintings and sketches, to muse mostly about art, life and a little about UT Baseball.

Ouch on the knees - I know that hurts. I'm glad Gene had a walker - a blue walker. And I'm glad you are painting. Nothing like a goal/purpose to get you going.
ow :( hope your knees keep feeling better
looks blue to me, with a darker blue on the handles and yay! for you painting :)
The walker appears blue to me.
Ouch! That doesn't sound good!!! Hope the swelling goes down and you aren't too achy. Jerry's theory is "It always hurts more the next day." Glad to hear you are painting!!!
Bag Blog, thanks. I have one painting to go. Seems I will never get it done. Knees are much improved. I should be able to walk today if the rain stops.
Jennifer Rose, thanks. No photos again today, thick clouds. All better!
Joan, Thank you. Knees better, didn't have much swelling. I put ice right away. Lucky it wasn't worse. Second day was the worst, ha! All better, now.
