We are in Michigan visiting Sue. We went painting and sketching. We have eaten too much and had a great time. Today we went to Bay City to the Tall Ships event. Super day!
There are barns everywhere. I should paint some! Every shape and size.
The ships and visitors are fun to see. We crossed the bridge that opens to let the ships pass through. We rode the bus one way and walked back. It took about the same amount of time. We walked around for a couple of hours. You could go on board the ships if you cared to stand in line. The line to the Frigate was about a three hour wait! The favorite of course. There was a Viking ship as well.
I think these are all for Hunt 458. I'm not sure of numbers or anything at this point. The pet supply is a collar that you cool in the fridge to put around your dog to keep him cool. The stove is in Sue's studio area.
A grooming tool and a sewing tool.
Toilet tissue and a watch.
We painted at a Butternut Beach in Ritchfield Park. It was cloudy and about 72 degrees. Nice. Sue said they used to swim and picnic here. No swimming these days, but a beautiful place to paint. This is pastel on Colourfix paper, 9 x 12 inches.

Sounds like you're having fun. I like your water - water is difficult for me.
Anonymous, thank you. It has been a great trip so far! Water is interesting to paint, sometimes it just flows off the pastels or brush. :). Sometimes, no.
great reflections in the water :)
the ships would make great paintings :)
Jennifer Rose, thanks. Water is always interesting. I have only painted boats a couple of times. I can't believe how much rigging they have.
That top "anonymous" was me. Why or how I managed to post anonymous is odd.
Thank you, Bag Blog. Shucks, I thought I had a new blogging friend. Ha!
