First Friday Paintings

I'm taking nine paintings to Art Connections Gallery in downtown Bastrop, Texas, today.  They will join the two that are there for First Friday, February 6, and be up for the month of February.  It is always nice to see paintings framed and all together.  I am featured artist and sharing with Sharon Zeugin from Austin.  More details on my website here http://www.artconnectionsgallerybastrop.com/sharon-zeugin.html

Below are my pastel paintings.  You can click on the names/links under each one to see them larger on my website and get to know them a bit better.  If you click here it will go to my website and you can see each painting larger with a story and price.  It will start on the longhorn calf, Blossom.  You can go through them by clicking on Next Painting.  They are the first eleven paintings on my Available Paintings page and start with Blossom.

Breakfast
The First Friday Art Walk is a great way to spend an evening.  Make the rounds of the galleries and stores featuring artists.  Then have some dinner and listen to some music.  Excellent!
Details in this blog post.

Sharon will give a talk on calligraphy and art on Thursday evening before First Friday at Art Connections to get you ready and learn about how art has enveloped her life.  Info on the same blog post.

See you Friday??

I clicked on the paintings to take a closer look, but they were not larger for some reason. Still, they look pretty darn good.

Bag Blog, thanks. I just set it up to click on the name and go to my website. Should have made that clearer. Sigh.....

It is fun to see them all together.
