Red Boots Sketch

I was happy to see "boots" on the list for Scavenger Hunt 391.  I went downtown for breakfast a while back with my friend, "T".  She wandered into Liza Jane, a vintage clothing store and spotted the boots.  They were my size and I decided to get them.  I rarely wear boots, usually when it is cold.  The last ones I bought are for plein air painting to keep my feet warm and safe from stings and stickers.  So now I have red boots for no reason.

Number 8, boots - my red ones sketched on my iPad with Brushes and my fingers.  It took me about an hour to do this.  I could have almost finished a small pastel painting in that time!  Ouch!

I suppose any sketching is good for me, even if I take a longer time.

Jesse has a pair of red boots - really tall for cowgirl boots. She loves hers. Very chic. You can wear them dancing.

Ooh what fun Jo.. I too spend hours on my IPad sketching, I even have a stylus with an actual brush on one end, I love it!
It's all art related, that's what matters, and you are being creative, so I say keep on boot scootin'..

Bag Blog, thanks. I bet Jessie does lots more dancing than I do! The tops on these are actually shorter but a sketch is what it is. :(

Rae, thank you. I did a series of feet, should do it again.
