Sketches for Scavenger Hunt 369, quickly and freehand.
Number 8, smells good - freshly opened coffee. You have to be careful at a high altitude to carefully open vacuum packed items. Coffee and Tang can spray all over. Soda pop really spumes out. Bags of chips swell up and sometimes pop open spontaneously, giving you a bit of a scare!
Number 9, sweet - M&Ms in a plastic jar.
Number 10, glasses or sunglasses - mine while not wearing them.
Number 11, in a corner - the pillows on the bench
This is our cloudy day from the porch. It is marshy down on the right of the photo and will be perfect to use for a model to finish one of the paintings I started with Sue. I wiped off the marshy bottom of the painting the other day and now can finish standing on the porch!

Years ago, I was waiting tables at Texas Reds. They used an instant tea maker back in the day. One really busy night Nancigail, the owner's daughter, was changing out the jar of instant tea. Nancigail was probably one of the best waitress that I ever knew - nothing rattled her, but as she opened the jar of tea, it exploded tea all over her head. She just started crying. Normally it might have been funny, but not that night. Poor Nancigail.
Bag Blog, oh, I can sympathize. Once coming across from Amarillo to Raton we had a big pop in the back of the van. We thought it was a blowout. Stopped .... nothing! Couldn't imagine. Found the chips all over when we got out the suitcases and food at the hotel.
Poor Nancigail is right!
