Painting Downtown

It is Veterans Day celebrations in Downtown Historic Bastrop, Saturday, November 9.  I will be at Art Connections in the morning until about 3:00 p.m. painting with my pastels.  I'm doing a desert winter scene.

So many things going on, it is hard to tell about them.  It is Market Days, Veterans Celebration, Veterans Antique Car Show, the stores will have booths in the street and demonstrations.  There is a play at the Opera House.  The Family Crisis Center Gala in the evening.  The Veterans Memorial Dinner is in the evening as well.  There will be music and things for the kids to do.  Food!
