There is a fire out by Hamilton Pool the other side of Austin that started yesterday. A few hundred acres. Be careful out there, it is still very high fire danger. Keep your butts in the car!! Burn ban is on.
We are up early as has been the case here at the RV park. It is a beautiful day after the ten minute thunder shower yesterday. You can share the view with me.

We stopped by WalMart on the way to dinner last night. I sketched while Gene went shopping. I hurried as he only had one thing to buy. Well, I got two sketches done. As he said, you always end up in the wrong line. I sketched in my small purse sketchbook with a Pilot ball point pen for Scavenger Hunt 239.
Number 4, bottom of shoe. Not sure I quite got the angle, close quarters in the Escape and I didn't want to take my shoe off.
Number 5, skyline. An appliance store, billboard, trees and three cherry pickers for working on the trees and power lines I guess. A Tractor Supply truck was in the WalMart lot, too.
On Saturday we found the three bronzes that Charlie Force created. They look pretty sad, but I think since they are bronze they can be cleaned up. On Demand, the horse that is complete, doesn't have too much junk attached. Second Effort, the race horse, has lost some feet and the jockey bat. MacDuff, the airedale looks OK but has some junk attached. Like the pottery, I guess the bronzes had already been fired!

We've been working on the house contents inventory. It takes ages to think through each room and remember when things were bought, a purchase price and a replacement price. Jeepers. Our house was sooooo full of stuff. About a 50+ year collection. We started off with each of us having stuff and then all the collections over the years.

The other end, Cole is young so more than a few years ago. Ha. |

Yep...more than a few years ago on those photos. Look at the recliner!
Like the sunrise photos.
It is good that you have photos to help with the inventory. What a beautiful place! I love all the stuff on the walls and collected everywhere - we are definitely sisters.
Joanna, yes, look at Cole, too!
Bag Blog, thanks to David for the photos. Most of my house photos were on my old iMac that was in my studio and is now ashes. Sigh.....
Good that David had those photos, Jo. Definitely overwhelming to try to remember everything.
