Norma Wilson does some daily challenges in small paintings where you paint ordinary things. Sort of like the Scavenger Hunts where we sketch ordinary things. I had not visited Norma's blog before, so now I have another blog to follow. Fun! The painting challenge could give me some ideas for the Jo's Notions paintings.
The other was a reminder for tonal paintings by Kelly Borsheim. It is fun and a challenge to paint white and fabric just adds to the challenge.
Then I saw a pear and wondered about pearathon.com and had to go look and see if there were new pears. Some of them are so delicious looking.
Now I need to get to work. Have fun and check back to see what challenges I take on.

Beautiful sky!
Joanna, we just love sunsets and rainbows. In our blood!
Jo, I just love your blog (which I found via your comment on Linda Blondheim's)--your fun-loving, adventurous spirit shines through in your postings. The Scavenger sketches are delightful, and invite us to look at things in a fresh way. Your pastels are lovely; I need to stop in at Jo's Notions, too :>).
Hi Mary, Thank you so much. I went and had a look at your blog. You write about a lot of things too, looks like fun. I will go spend more time there. :)
