I sketched today for Scavenger Hunt 136. These Hunts are going by so quickly. Whew! These are done with a Micron 005 pen in the 7 x 10 inch sketchbook.

Number 1, Hand or fingers making a statement. Hook 'em Horns! for the game tonight. Number 2, pinecones. These three large cones are from Chile and still stuck to the branch.

Number 3, fruit and vegetable. I liked the onions. They were lonely with just an apple so I added the grapes.
The Longhorns play the first game of the College World Series Championship against
LSU tonight. It is two out of three. The
Longhorns strength is pitching and the Tigers strength is hitting so it will be interesting. The Longhorns have had so many surprises and exciting finishes that tonight should be special. It is on ESPN at 6:00 p.m. central time. Go, Horns, Go!!!!!

Howdy, Jo. Very nice sketches. I'm sort of your neighbor now...Dripping Springs, Texas. There's a number of us Texas artists that are trying to get a Texas Paint-Out together in the near future..I'll keep ya posted.
Hi James, thanks for stopping by. You are fairly near. That sounds like fun. We will be in NM from July til October, but I'm ready in the fall.
Great sketches, Jo! I particularly like the fruit and veggies!
