Two More Photos

Here are two more photos from the reception . Joanna took them.

A nice photo of me. I REALLY DISLIKE photos of me and this one is great as far as photos of me go!. Thank you Joanna!

This is another shot of the paintings above the telephone bank at the reception. Can you believe it? Maybe if you were 10 feet tall you could see them and who can read the cards? I'm disappointed for whichever paintings the persons that hung the show decided to put there, and even more so that they are mine and Rosie's. :( The show over all looks so nice and they did such a nice job on the reception. Joanna and I did see one lady writing down the name of my painting to vote for the Peoples' Choice, another lady was reading it for her on her tiptoes! Sigh....

I like the photo. Too bad I had to go with the flash which caused the harsh shadow behind your head. Oh well.

Who won the People's Choice award? I did admire the effort the one women went to in order to vote for your painting.

The photo of you is very nice. I try to stay out of the photos as much as possible - I would rather be the photographer.

Joanna, I haven't heard about the People's Choice. Guess Jan forgot to post it. Hmmm. Thanks again.

Yes..sigh,,indeed Jo. What on earth are folk thinking of to place your lovely painting up so high?
I loved the photo of you too, and I know what you mean about having photos taken of yourself, I am always behind the camera now, good thing too!
Cheers

Hi Rae, thanks. You never know how things will go. Some painting had to go there, I suppose. :(
