I sketched out on the porch. I was surprised. The big storm that is raining havoc on the coast is skirting us. We've had a bit of wind .. no rain. We have some friends in Houston including Enid, I think. Yikes. Wishing them the best.
Number 2 footwear - some fuzzy gray socks. I sketched in the Canson Mixed Media large sketchbook, used the bottom of the page because the markers from the other day leaked through. I should have just incorporated that into the socks, would have worked well. Maybe I'll think of something else to put there. I sketched with a Micron 03 pen.

Time to get out the pastels, don't you think? One of the items is "childhood". I can sketch a few of my "toys".

Sorry you aren't getting some rain from that storm! I know you could use it. Your socks look soft and comfy and that bleed-thru at the top would have worked well in the pattern.
Joan, thanks. Too bad I thought too late for the socks over the stain. You know I don't do "overs". I'll find something. Ha.
