Motorcycle was on the Hunt list this time. I sort of watched for one when we went to the dealership and around town. No luck. I remembered the mailboxes around the corner. One of them has a silver sculpter of a motorcycle on top. I sketched it in the small Strathmore watercolor sketchbook I keep in the car. I added the color when I got home.

I love the sketch of the motorcycle on the mailbox...what a fun decorative element. Whenever we have a motorcycle to sketch it seems like you can never find one. lol
Joan, thanks. I was looking all over for a motorcycle and I went to take something to Gene when he was on his trike and saw the mailbox. We see it every time we go by and I had forgotten about it. Sigh... It is pretty nice. There is another one someplace in the neighborhood that is made like a fish and the "door" for the mail is the mouth of the fish. Anyway, fun.
