Scraggly Geranium Sketch

I got a new geranium to replace the dead one.  It is almost as scraggly but getting some blooms.  It is good fort my sketch today.

For Scavenger Hunt from Life 109  https://creativespark.art/threads/scavanger-hunt-from-life-109-april-1-9.6738/

Number 8 plant - the geranium and Number 9 straight - the boards which are much straighter than I can sketch.  In the Little Fingers Sketch Pad.  I couldn't find the BookFactory sketchbook.  I now think it is by my chair in the living room.

You can tell I sketched on the porch.  It is a very nice day, partly cloudy and now 11:48 a.m.  The eclipse should be pretty dark here about 1:35 p.m. or so for 8 minutes??  If these clouds stay thin we may get to see the ring.

After that we go for a blood draw for Gene and maybe early dinner someplace.  Who knows?

Jo is it not fun to sketch on the porch?? I always enjoy being outdoors in the nice weather sketching. We are waiting now to see the eclipse here. It looks like we might get to view it because the sun is out and the clouds have moved away :)!! Have a great day. Hugs

Nice sketch of the new geranium. Hope your eclipse was good. I was surprised that it didn't get dark here. It was barely noticible. I enjoyed my view through the eclipse glasses. I guess I'll have to save my other 4 glasses for the next one. lol

Joan, thank you. We had sketchy eclipse. Will post my photos soon. We had glasses from the last one and a friend sent us some more in an Easter card. :-)

Debbie, yes the porch is good. I've sketched everything there a few times. Ha. Hope you got a peek at the eclipse at least.
