Scavenger Hunt from Life 110 started yesterday. They go by so fast now. I sketched at the physical therapy place again. I didn't see the cows today. I also opened the gate or a gate so the scene would be more welcoming. Hope the cows don't get out!

Number 1 Landscape in the Ohuhu Mix Media sketchbook with a Micron 02 and watercolors with the waterbrushes.
The sketch is about 10 x 7 inches. I like the paper in the sketchbook. It is smooth so no wear and tear on the nibs of the pens and it takes the watercolor well.
This sketch is better than the other day in the large Canson Sketchbook with the same tools.
Sketch from March 31.
Photo today, can you recognize it?
It rained and hailed last night. We didn't get much of either but the sky looked wicked this morning as the sun came out, then as the sun went behind the clouds it wasn't so dramatic.
The view with sun on the trees.
And a few minutes later after the sun went behind the clouds.
My eclipse photos from the other day weren't so good. Just the camera on my phone. It was cloudy but I wanted a record here. There were many good photos online. When we might have seen an "almost ring" but the clouds interferred, of course. It did get dark enought for the dawn to dusk light and street lights to come on.
Eclipse through the clouds.
And less clouds but looking through the glasses.
UT Baseball tonight. The Longhorns played Texas State last night in San Marcos, so Joanna's school against Larry's school. We couldn't lose. We do follow the Longhorns more closely. The storm and lightening came at the beginning of the 9th inning so they decided to finish the game tonight in Austin before the second game here. Not sure how much will be on TV of the finish of last night. The score was Texas 9 - Texas State 1. Don't know why they just didn't call it.
They have been playing two games midweek for the last couple of years like a series. It is funny, the visiting teams have won the last two years and it looks like the visiting team won last night unless something wild happens today. Hook 'em Horns! and Go Cats!

You got better photos of the eclipse than I did. That was some stormy looking sky. We had rain on and off for most of today and expect the same for tomorrow.
Nice skeches
Joan, thanks. Hope you don't get a flooding rain. We had a few glimpses of the eclipse, so was lucky to get any photos.
ashok, thank you. Your photos are amazing. Haven't seen a painting for a while??
Beautiful. You make me want to buy a new baseball cap
R's Rue, we have loved college baseball. We can't get there as much now so watch on TV. Not the same. I still put on my Texas shirts, though. :-)
