The monthly items/prompts for the Monthly Challenge for Janurary on Creativespark.art are Crane, Orchid and Fluffy. I did a very quick sketch from photos with a Micron 03 pen.
The machinery crane came to mind before the bird. I wonder about that. I don't really care for birds, especially to eat so that may influence my thoughts.
My first sketch for 2024 and I labeled it January 24 and then dated it 01-01-23. Sigh......

I've been looking for a construction crane while I'm riding around...no luck yet.
This morning I took my checkbook and wrote "24" on the line by the date so it will say 2024 because I KNOW I will forget to change the year otherwise. lol

Joan, I thought "crane" looked familiar when I saw it on the prompts. I forgot it was on the Hunt list! These can't count of course from photos but you looking for one made me smile. There is building going on here everywhere, I should be able to find a real one!
