After sketching from someone else's photos I decided to sketch from life in watercolor and ink. I sketched lightly with a Micron 01 and added watercolor. This is our only fall color near our house and in our yard.

Nice sketch of the autumnal colors. Most of our leaves blew off the trees or came down in our recent rain. Mostly what seems to be left are the drab, dried brown leaves that never seem to fall off. lol
Thanks, Joan. We didn't get a lot of color this year but did see some yesterday. Happened fast so assume it will be gone fast.
Our fall colors didn't last long here. It was summer until the first of November. Then
it finally turned cooler. The leaves turned yellow and the wind blew them away pretty quickly.
bag blog, oh, yes. We had the same. Colors for about a week and leaves falling quickly.
