Wow, got to sketch out on the porch this morning. I did some very quick sketches before we came in. It was pleasant until about 10:00 a.m. Back to a "normal" hot summer. No records broken yesterday or today.

Glad you were able to sketch outside for a bit. Our friend in Itasca posted that it was 109 there yesterday. We are expecting a high of 80 here on Saturday which will be nice at the botanical gardens.
Joan, wow! I never think of it being so hot in your neck of the woods. Hope it is great weather for you gardens. We are going to the Empty Bowl in Austin tomorrow, maybe I can sketch there.
