I thought I would try one more of the Water Media Challenge for July on creativespark.art. I chose the chipmunk. I don't have a tiny fine line brush for the hairs so I used a little ink. It isn't very close to what I had in my head, but I did practice and learn a bit more about watercolor.

I used the waterbrushes, watercolor and ink in the large Canson Mix Media sketchbook, about 8 x 10 inches.

Don't see many chipmunks around here. I like them better than squirrels. I guess the cute cartoon characters helped. lol
Joan, we don't see them here much either. We have squirrels. In Angel Fire we had both and the chipmunks were very cute. Wouldn't want to deal with them if they got in your house or garage!
