No Pressure Pastel Sketch

No pressure really to sketch for the Hunts.  It is supposed to be at your own pace and fun.  I'm the host for this Hunt which makes me feel obligated.   I quickly wiped off the tree on the recycled paper and went hunting.

Tiger was on the list.  We have almost nothing cat like around here.  I did find this little pottery whistle which is probably from Peru.  Most of the color and personality were burned off.

Number 1 tiger - a little pottery whistle.  Sketch is about 5 x 5 inches and took about 10 minutes

The actual whistle about 2.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches long.

It is cool and damp out.  Not a good time to be out and about.  Gene couldn't ride his trike so is doing the indoor bike and total gym.  I need to make something sweet and gluten free.  Maybe a carrot cake.  Hmmm.

We had company yesterday.  My sister's son Jerry and wife Jennifer.  They live in Roswell, New Mexico,  alien country.  It was fun to visit with them.  It had been a while.  They had Maggie, their Yorky with them.  Jennie was sorry not to be here to meet Maggie.  Joanna came out as well.  Went and dined at Bassano's .  You know that was good.  And, a good time was had by all.

The Longhorns play Texas Tech in Austin tonight and the weekend.  First conference games.  Hook 'em Horns!!
