I sketched the artificial flowers at the doctors office (No one ill, regular check for Gene) and then the real plant with flowers in a pot. Joe made the list for this Hunt and likes associations. I hadn't checked the list but figured I could match the flowers to something like shoe, dirt, flower pot, flower. I was happy to look at the list and one item was "flower". Yay!
I didn't really finish, the peonies or whatever the white ones are were downstairs and then we went upstairs and sat looking at the pot for a few minutes. It was nice to get in a sketch. The little book is almost full. Started in Angel fire in the summer of 2014. There are sketches from Albuquerque, Houston, Bardstown and home. It is/was a travel sketchbook after all.

Nice work on the flowers. Glad to see you are filling older sketchbooks. I hate having older ones hanging around waiting for the last few sketches. lol
Joan, thank you so much. This book was one I thought was finished but went to put it away and found a few blank pages. Only a couple to go. Ha.
