One of our Canadian artists, EP, set up Scavenger Hunt 644 with a few origami projects on the list. We used to make things in school called fly catchers or cootie catchers from paper. I tried airplanes and hats for the kids. I didn't know that was origami. It never interested me. And now I am supposed to sketch my origami project. Really??
So, here goes. I found the easiest item I could, a horse head. I used plain computer paper.
Number 1, origami - I picked the easiest I could find. I will have to leave the actual origami horse in the sketchbook so they can recognize my sketch.https://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/topic/scavenger-hunt-644-aug-11-19/
Blogger is switching their system all around. I can't make links and the photos are coming on the page full size and going over the edge. Bear with me. I hope it will be fixed soon. Looks like they would get it ready before changing. Wetcanvas did the same thing. WC is much more time consuming now and they lost a lot of the history. Am I just too old for change or what?

The origami horse head makes me smile. I never got into folding paper either, although some of it is fun to see. My paper airplanes were never great.
I noticed that my photos on Blogger huge, but I just let it go.
Bag Blog, I'm smiling now. Some of the artists do super things, butterflies, cranes, etc. Pretty.
I hope Blogger settles down, I've always liked that I didn't have to have ads and could do it my way. We will see. I can do a blog on my website, but I didn't want to get everything in one place. They are also pushing all their help, etc., to facebook. I may go back to doing my website myself. Sigh...
I am still not happy with the changes. Yesterday with the new format I was able to type in a title for my post and then couldn't find a way to do the body of the post or insert an image. And I have NO idea what happened to all the information in the sidebar or how to see anyone else's blog. Yikes!!!
Joan, I am with you. It is getting to be facebook or nothing so I will have nothing. :-(
Ha ha. I like the origami horse's head. I don't think I've ever seen one of those before. And, yes, you best leave the origami in the sketch book!
Joanna, you are so right. No patience for folding.
