Inktober, Day 2, with the prompt, mindless. Doodling is about as mindless as one can get, right? Of course now it is called Zentangle.
This is in the big book with a Micron 02. I started to use my real fountain pen, Pilot, but it wouldn't work. I haven't used it since I dropped it and was surprised to find it out of ink. I put in ink, but it still wouldn't work. The nib doesn't seem to be plugged. Maybe I will go ahead and invest in a new Lamy pen.

Yesterday we went to Austin for a follow up visit for Gene. I sketched in the waiting room on my iPhone with the Brushes App and my fingers.
For Scavenger Hunt 604 - #6 furniture. I didn't get to finish. I intended to put in at least two more chairs and a person. Oh well, next time.

Sometimes our time in waiting rooms is cut short and we can't finish. lol Lamy pens are still my favorite pens!
Thanks, Joan. I'm ordering a new Lamy pen. Fun to see your Inktober sketches ... and all your sketches.
Cool doodle, Jo. I have a friend who makes varied and complex doodle patterns; they turn out suitable for framing (at least most of the time :). Also really like seeing your apple and glass sketch from your previous post. Glass and water are very challenging to sketch--especially without color!
Mary, I had a sister-in-law that colored doodles and made t-shirts besides framing. Mine are just doodles! Glass is a challenge, I had an oil painting teacher that said don't paint glass, paint the light. Helped!
