Number 1, kitchen
Then back to the big coffee table book. It does not take water very well, so back just to the Prismacolor 05.
Number 2, board game - We only have a Scrabble game and this one besides playing cards and I don't consider cards to be a board game. Left, Center, Right has the components of markers and dice for a board game. Our friend T gave us this game. It needs to have more than 4 players to be fun it seems to me. You pass the chips left, right and center after you roll the dice until one person has all the chips. I does not require any skill so without chatter and maybe some wine, not much happens!
The kitchen sketch lacks a lot of detail but at first glance it looks OK. It is out of proportion and lacks a lot of "stuff" on the counter divider between the dining room and the kitchen. You might call that artist's license.
We went to The Bugle Boy in La Grange to listen to Carrie Rodriguez and her husband, Luke Jacobs. They put on a fantastic show. She plays a mean fiddle and he plays several guitars. She plays an alto guitar with four strings and says she tunes it like the fiddle as she doesn't play guitar. :-) You can see a clip on Joanna's Instagram https://www.instagram.com/p/B28Afo_lNJO/ and the website https://www.carrierodriguez.com/
Photos from the road trip eventhough it is only about 35 miles.
The burned area from the big fire in 2011 is coming back and looking green for the most part.
The clouds were just beautiful. We did not get any rain. Pbftt.....

Glad the green is coming back! Nice sketches too.
Rose, thank you. It is looking better around here. We could use some rain, but it is either feast or famine. Houston flooded last week. Sigh....
I like the sketch of the kitchen, especially the part with the pass-through. We haven't had much rain up here either. We've had over cast days but not any amount of rain that makes any kind of difference. Glad you had a good show to watch...nothing like music to live things up.
Joan, thanks. Music is always a plus. It makes me happy.
Those are beautiful clouds, Jo! I'm so glad that the fire area is finally coming back.
Hi, Regina. Yep the skies are lovely here, we could use some rain from those. :-) Thanks for stopping by.
