Mid Holiday Sketching

Of course junk food is on the list for mid holiday sketching.  We have a counter covered with cookies, chips, candy, etc.  There is much more lurking in the fridge and cabinets.  Many left overs have the fridge stuffed as well.  All good.....  The wine should not be considered junk food, however.

 Number 3, junk food

No posting of the tree, it is the same as last year and the year before, etc....  You can search in the box upper left if you want to see the whole kit and caboodle.

A few of the ornaments.

Joanna gets us a State Capitol ornament every year.  This was the first after the fire.  We lost quite a few then. 

We also get an ornament from the Texas Lottery, thanks, Jennie.  The Capitol ornament is 3D and very shiny.

 Gene was very tickled with the shirt from Brandon.  They took a photo with Gene lying on the ground, but I didn't see the photo or have it to share.

Larry had the only ugly Christmas sweater, so he won that prize!

Jennie and I made the biscochitos a day late.  They still taste great!  She has a rolling pin with sizing wheels on the end so the cookies are the same thickness throughout.  They are better very thin.   Pretty cool.

We will have Jennie and the granddogs for a couple more days.  Joanna will come out tomorrow.  All is good for the mid-holiday time.....
