Blues and Tootsies Sketches

Did the title lead you astray?  I sketched in the big book with the Micron 01.  I did add a bit of colored pencil to the blues (blueberries).  They are pretty much just ellipses without color.  You remember the items are one word movie titles for Scavenger Hunt 516

Number 2, Seven - seven blueberries
Number 3, Twister - a twister

Number 4, Newsies - our Austin paper showing on my iPad.  We do not have delivery of an actual paper anymore.
Number 5, Tootsie - Gene's tootsies in his toe socks
Number 6, Caddyshack - a golf ball sculpture

It is a beautiful day today, high should be about 77-80.  Perfect with sunshine!

We haven't been doing much with old age aches and pains and colds.  Gene went on his trike and I walked.  We need to do more moving about.  Hey!  It's a start!

I think very few people get actual newspapers anymore, its just easier to get them digitally or just read the news online. I dont even buy magazines anymore, have a subscription to Readly and can read as many magazines as I want :)

Jennifer Rose, thanks. We still read a few books but mostly digital. Sometimes I like to hold a book and go for it!

Gene read my blog earlier this afternoon.
"Hmmm," he said, "I count 8 blueberries."
Now I'm wondering if I had 7 and drew an extra or had 8 all along. Ha! Whatever I had, I ate them!

I need to move more. Maybe with the cooler weather I will do so. Yeah right.

The blueberries are suppose to help with memory. So when we forget something, we say,"Remind me to buy more blueberries..."
