This is the only doll in our house, I'm pretty sure. So I probably sketched it the last time we had these items. Gene's mom must have had it and we got it after the move to this house. It is a Bolivian doll. Her hat is black and her shawl is pink with white embroidery and a pink multi-shaded skirt. It has gold earrings, flower on hat, buttons/pins and shoes.

We have had some super clouds these days. I try to study them for paintings, but clouds are not my strong point.
I have some Ecuador dolls similar to your drawing.
Bag Blog, Deborah Secor paints clouds in pastel using pink, green and lavender to get the grays, so beautiful.
We had lots of dolls in Bolivin and Peru. When you buy something in the markets, especially in Bolivia, you would get a yapa, a small gift as a thank you. So buy a sweater or hat ... get a doll. Buy potatoes, get an onion. Fun.
