Hunting 499

I sketched for Hunt 499 quickly while Gene was in the shower so I could use his laptop.  So much easier than the iPad for the Blog.

Number 5, cotton - from the aspirin bottle
Number 6, rich - cinnamon Oreos from Gene's stash.  Are they Oreo cookies if they aren't chocolate?  Not in my mind.  They are rich though.

I sketched in Lubbock, too, and didn't post.

Number 4, good - Orlando's had good food.  We did not eat the pizza but those folks were.  I had pesto pasta with tilapia.  It was so fine!

We drove by our old house in Lubbock.  It was at the end of town with only cotton fields beyond.  Now it is "in city" with a wine bar a couple of blocks away.  Gene might like to buy it back!!

The photo looks better on the small camera photo.  Maybe I sent the wrong one.  Too late now!

Good sketches from the trip. Yes, the laptop is so much easier to post from than the iPad. Enjoy the trip.

When you said "Orlando's" I thought you were in Taos! I was jealous. I cannot remember all your plans and have not looked back at my email. But, we are going to head to NM next Sunday and stay for a week. How will that effect plans to see us. You can always come to Red River :)

We are in Colorado now, Bag Blog. I didn't connect the name to Taos until we sat inside and I saw the posters. Sorry we won't be in NM at the right time! Have fun.

Jennifer Rose, they are Cinnamon Bun Oreo Cookies. I think it is wrong, but Gene loves them.
