Always good to sketch when you are the host. Come on over and sketch with us. It is good practice and some really nice artists to "chat" with.
I sketched in the big sketchbook with a Micron 05. Very wonky, I am out of practice!
Number 3, bag or backpack - the bag from our train ride Antonito, Colorado, to Chama, New Mexico
Number 4, box or box shaped item - a porcelain box I bought to use in a still life painting, but no painting yet!
Some photos after some of our plentiful rain. We have had .35 inches so far this morning and just under 35 inches for the year. Half of that fell in two storms of 7 and 8 inches. 36.5 is the average annual rainfall in Bastrop County compared to 21 inches over all Texas. Guess we wont get much more rain this year. :-)
Pretty wet around here.
Lots of green!
Wildflowers among the dandelions, too wet to mow.

Interesting article that would help me be more organized if I would make lists! I try, but do not read my lists after making them. Sigh...

I'm in the mountains. Jesse and I decided to make a quick trip. Everything is green here too.
Oh, nice. Gene says, "Which mountains?" Ha.....
The box is wonky!
Joanna, the potter was better at a box than I was. The bag is way off, too. it is almost square. Bad day for perspective!
