419 Hunting Sketches, Music and Photos

I sketched with my feet up on the hassock as per usual.  I also sketched in the same travel sketchbook with a Micron 05.  Actually I sketched the feather sitting on the bed in the bedroom.  These are for Scavenger Hunt 419 on wetcanvas.com  http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1387307

Number 6, pump - Gene's electric pump for tires.
Number 7, feather, light - a large feather stuck behind a frame in the bedroom.  The print in the frame is Over the Pass by Michael Coleman of some bears and a landscape with a rainbow.  Hmm.

Number 8, knotted - a cross from the collection on the living room wall.  It looks like it is made of clothes line cord.
Number 9, stores something important - the back up drive for my computer.

This was the sunrise this morning.  It had the biggest bright yellow spots of light and in the minute it took to get my camera, it was almost gone.  Very unusual and yellow for a morning sky.

Blue skies with puffy white clouds now.  Well, pretty white.  There is a 33% chance of rain today.

I'm baking some pumpkin cupcakes (gluten free) this morning.  We are going to see Susan Gibson at a house concert in Taos tonight.  Hopefully the rain will be over by then as the concert is outside. It is a BYOB, BYOC (chair) and a snack to share.   It will be fun.  Susan puts on a good show. I'm pretty sure you can get tickets if you are in the area.  http://susangibson.com

I hope you had fun at the Taos Inn again. I sure had fun with you and Gene when we went. I could use another margarita.

Bag Blog, it was a great evening. It was a house concert, so we sat on the patio. Excellent evening with just a sprinkle of rain then no wind and quiet. Music and cricket sounds. Heh, heh.

nice sky photos :)

yes, a drive def stores important things, which reminds me I need to find the power cord for my 2TB drive this week so I can back files up

Jennifer Rose, skies here are amazing. I think there is less pollution and the thin atmosphere helps for the clear blue looks. Hope you find your cord.
