Hunt 385 Number 1 Scetch

A quick reminder that it is First Friday and lots to do in historical downtown Bastrop tonight!  Glassy it up at Art Connections.  http://eepurl.com/-b3pb  A couple of my paintings are there, too.  May see you downtown!  Art Connections features glass artists, food and music.

Also the pastel class next Tuesday, see above.

I did a quick sketch outside.  It is a gorgeous 73 degrees F.  I am taking advantage with the door open.  May even go paint .... really!

Number 1, meter, electric or gas - out electric meter on the pole and a bonus of the water meter on the ground.  Sketched in the large sketchbook with a Micron 05 and then a bit of watercolor added when I got back inside. This is for Scavenger Hunt 385 http://goo.gl/EwL2RA

Joan, thank you so much. It was a nice evening. More live music downtown today so we will be off again! Hope to sketch there today.

Like! I'm such a sucker for watercolors! :-)

Did you take advantage of the weather and paint?

Joanna, happy that you like this. :) And of course I did not paint. I at least got a plan for my next painting and did another small sketch.
