Scavenger Sketch Forgotten

When I posted the previous blog post I had forgotten that I had another sketch I finished here the day before.  After I sketched it in the ArtRage app, I saved it to my blog folder.  I don't have that on my iPad so just completely forgot about it.  My numbering got out of whack as well.  I left out the cork.  The numbers are not important for the Hunts, just for my info so that I will know when I complete the twenty-six sketches for each Hunt.  I have only finished them one time.

You can check out the "rules" on Scavenger Sketch 334, which I am working on this week.

I sketched this on ArtRage.  It is a good app, a bit more complicated than Brushes in that it has more tools, textures.  It is just different and I'm not as used to it.  I took a screen shot so you could see my "pen" at the bottom left corner.

Number 7, doily - a gift with embroidered peacock and crocheted edges.
Number 8, wooden - the elephant and the edge of the table.
Number 9, cork - a cork from a brand name "Show"

So the sketch on the previous post should be numbered 10.

That seems to be a pretty cool app or a really great drawing - it looks almost 3D.

Joanna, thank you. It was fun to do. The peacock should be more centered in the doily, but no "overs". Ha.

Bag Blog, thank you. I like both the Brushes and the ArtRage apps. I have a couple of other free apps that work pretty well, too. I tend to use what I know or used first.

Cool Jo. I just recently got an ipad and I am looking at apps, deciding what I want.

Barbara, hi. Thanks. I have DrawCast and SprayPaint which I think were both free. They are OK but a bit more difficult to pick colors. Easy way to start. I have Sketches as well. It looks very nice, but I haven't used it much yet. All a bit different and all fun. You can do very detailed and beautiful drawings/paintings. You can put in a photo and draw over in Brushes and ArtRage. Many things that I don't do. I basically just sketch. I have Adobe Ideas, too. It ties in with other Adobe programs somehow. I haven't investigated. I got it free, but think it costs or add ons cost. Have fun!!
