Spicing up your Blog Header and Sketch

The idea for the header for Christmas came from Teresa over at Blueberries, Art and Life.  She is an amazing writer and painter.  I have really enjoyed "knowing" her in the blogosphere.  I sure hope to meet her.  Take a look at her blog and wish her a Merry Christmas!

If you are out and about check out the Lost Pines Christmas in Bastrop.  The gallery will be open until 7 p.m. tonight and 8 p.m. tomorrow night.  Open house with refreshments before and after the parade on Saturday.

There is a coupon in the paper starting Saturday and on the Chamber page.  Look for that.  Also I'm paying the 8.25% sales tax in December.  Merry Christmas to you! 

I also did a sketch at the last minute last night for Scavenger Hunt 202, we are on 203 now.  I am so far behind.  This was with a Faber-Castel pen in a big hurry on my scratch pad.

Number 1, desk, 2  music - on the computer, 3 little - battery, 4-white - all the paper, 5 - yellow - the tablet you can barely see by the lamp.

 Hope you are organized and getting all your stuff done, I'm off to the gallery.  Ciao.

Hey Jo,
It was so nice to meet you today. Looking forward to some plein air painting when you can come back out to play after the holidays.
