Actually, I sketched in the airports on our way to Kentucky. These are for
Scavenger Hunt 200 which ended on November 23. I started with a Micron pen that was about out of ink, so switched to the old Pilot ball point pen. Each sketch a few minutes, freehand.
Number 1, pink - lady in a pink sweater and a pink eraser on my pencil. Number 2, something uplifting - the American flag on the jetway in Austin.
Number 3, crooked - the legs on a stool at the airport.
Number 4, something with writing on it - signs at the airport in St. Louis.
Number 5, white - my shoe and sock.
Number 6, curtain - at the hotel and Number 7, something representing me - my passport.
Hope you are having a happy Thanksgiving. I am not cooking, Yay! It really smells good in David's house. Love it!

I always love your sketches - especially the shoes :) I hope your traveling experience went well. Did you get scanned or patted down - how about Gene? I can't imagine anyone trying to pat down Gene.
Hope y'all had a good Thanksgiving and a safe trip home. And, I expect to see more airport sketches when you get here!
Funny comment, Bag Blog. ;-p
Bag Blog, you know Gene so well after such short meetings! We did not get patted or body scanned. They didn't have them in Austin or Louisville. I saw only one man patted down. We did go on the slow days. Very smooth traveling. :)
Joanna, thank you. We had a great time. It was fun to see everyone. Can never talk fast enough.
