Exciting News!
I was very pleased to be interviewed by Carla McElhaney for her E-Zine for October. Carla is an amazing pianist and does so much in her creative life. Carla is a creative passion coach in addition to her musical career. The E-Zine has articles and advice to help us stay on track with our goals whether your interest is music, visual arts, or business.
You can read my interview and check out the other great articles on Carla's blog. You can subscribe to her E-Zine newsletter and keep up with the latest news and inspiration.
I have posted about the Revel Music before. The Revels are with Carla and Joel Becktell. (This post has a very short clip.)We have known Joel for several years and have really enjoyed going to the Revels and learning more about classical music in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you have not been to one of the Revels, you should attend one (or more) this season. It is so much fun. We will see you there. The next Revel is October 22, House concert, and then at the Northwest Hills Methodist Church, October 23. Get your tickets on-line.
Let me know what you think. Carla and Joel are inspiring and so knowledgeable. Thank you Carla, for the interview!
I am an artist that paints in pastels, with some oils, and acrylics. I sketch in pen and ink. As an artist my original paintings are influenced from living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Bolivia, Peru and Chile, and travels throughout much of Canada and all our fifty States. This is my spot for posting paintings and sketches, to muse mostly about art, life and a little about UT Baseball.

Yay Jo! That's a great interview - you are such a humble person and yet have so much to offer...all of that really comes across.

Nice interview, Mom!
Joanna, thank you so very much. Hugs.
That is a wonderful interview - well-spoken and well-written. And for anyone who doesn't know Jo, besides being creative, she is an exceptionally generous person in so many ways, very ethical, and a great teacher!
