More Sketches Hunt 191

I take part in the Scavenger Hunts on wetcanvas.com in the Artwork from Life section.  Artists volunteer to host and put up a list of 26 everyday items to sketch during a 9 day period.  You can sketch as many or as few as you want, post them and make comments on the other sketches if you want to.   (To make comments you have to sign up, but there is no hassling and only the information you want public is public.  No e-mail or unrequested contact.)

Most Hunts have added challenges: to sketch with your left hand if you are right handed, use a new medium, different techniques or surfaces. 

You can substitute items and interpret them any way, just sketch from life, not photos.  For example, this time a word/item  is "dimpled".  I chose a golf ball, but you could draw a dimple in someones cheek.

The main idea is to sketch, sketch, sketch.  It is fun to see what the other artists come up with.  You may see what a mailbox in Thailand looks like or a toaster or stove.  Check it out, you may find new ideas for sketching and have fun doing your "homework". 

Sketching is my homework.  I much prefer to paint, but I think that sketching helps me be a better painter.  So for Hunt 191, here are a few more.

Number 7, dimpled - some golf balls, good thing the real ones aren't that lopsided.  Number 8, moist - the dish sponge on the sink.

Number 9, folded - a blanket on the bed and Number 10, fluffy - the pillows on the bed.
