I worked on my website for most of the day. It takes awhile for me writing my own html. I still have some archives to work on. Maybe today.

We had dinner at the Roasted Clove, a fine dining restaurant here. It was very good. The bread served before looked so much like maraquetas from Bolivia, which I loved. I tasted a small piece of the crust. Sigh..... I had a bison brisket enchilada with black beans w/ jalapeños and corn on the cobb and Gene had some pork medalions with mashed sweet potatoes and purple cabbage. He also had a house salad which had mixed greens with strawberries, melon and cheese (feta?) on it. Looked good. I took a photo of the candle, bread and wine, it might make a nice still life sometime.

This is a nice photo. I thought it was a painting until I enlarged it.
We ate at the Roasted Clove last winter when we went skiing with our daughter & family.
I found your blog from your comment on Jan Weaver's blog.

I like this porch sketch, Jo - especially the cloth blowing in the breeze. Nice feeling to it.
Hi Virginia, thanks for stopping by to comment. Jan Weaver does some great pastels. Hope to see you painting soon! Angel Fire is great. We are in Carlsbad tonight and it is much, much warmer. :)
Hi Regina, thank you. I hope the wash is out again soon so I can take a photo and paint it! It was colorful, too.
