It has been an interesting Big 12 Tournament with lots of ups and downs. You can read all about it on Joanna's Longhorn Baseball Page, the Longhorn official page and the Big 12 page. They are streaming the game free there, too. The announcers are pitiful, but you can see the plays.
I did a few sketches when the Longhorns were not playing. I will post just a few. They are in a small sketchbook, 4 x 6 inches with a Pilot ball point pen. With everyone on the move, each gesture is only 10 seconds or so. No perfection here!
There was the sweetest little girl and I thought she was leaving so didn't sketch. After about 5 minutes I started. Of course she then left, I sketched her legs from memory and they are just too small. Ah well. The other is deep right field. Not many fans out there.
Texas fans in the parking garage gearing up for the Horns - Kansas State game. You can park for $5, so an inexpensive way to watch!
The Baylor Bears defeated Kansas and were leaving the field as the Horns were getting there. This photo made me smile. The lady is holding up a poster backwards! She has the side with the Chick Filet ad pointing toward the Bears! Or, she was holding it where I could see it! Chick Filet gave out free posters and hand fans, with the cows on them, to the baseball fans of all the teams.

Valerie, this is last years photos, but we did and are having a great time. It is always nice around Bricktown. Lots of places closed, guess it will open up again in time.
