I posted this painting to get the ball rolling. I painted the cholla flowers last summer when we were in New Mexico with soft pastel. Image size, 9 x 12 You can see the work in progress (WIP) in a previous post and purchase it from my website.
I will be working on the images I posted, hope to see you on wetcanvas, too.
And, in keeping with my pointing to some of the many blogs I follow around the world, here are a couple more, numbers 4 and 5:
- Marie-Dom, a sometimes participant in the Scavenger Hunts. Her sketches are great and she does watercolor, too. She is in Guernsey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom. http://doodleaddict.blogspot.com/
- José Carilho, I "met" on wetcanvas in the Pastel forum. He is in Portugal and shares the info he searches out on the internet. http://theartinquirer.blogspot.com/ Check his website, too. http://www.hushcolours.com/
