Behind on Reading Marine Corps Artist Blogs
Look what happened while I have been sleeping, or something. Fire and Ice - Michael Fay, U.S. Marine Corps Artist has posted a Christmas gift for us. Jo, thanks for posting this…very interesting. I had no idea that the war was documented in art like that. Sometimes I think I live in a little (peaceful) bubble. I was astounded at the images, and there are some super sketches and portrayals of what is going on the world.
It is great, huh? I thought that went away with the use of cameras. It is so touching.
